Effects: traps the opponent in a large rain bubble. they are not allowed to move for 2 turns only. AFter that the effect wears off. The rain droplets falling on the opponent cling on to him/her and start to build up eventually surrounding him, forming a bubble. Nothing can come in or out of it. The more powerful the user, the stronger the bubble and the longer the opponent stays in it.
