Ok Mina here is another jutsu.
*Gets up and stands beside you and looks towards some trees and then concentrates my chakra in my chest and does handsigns and releases it out my mouth making a waterball that does the same damage as a fireball*
It will hurt your mouth at first but you get used to it after awhile.

*shoots waterball as my jaw hurts* ow!

Here 2 for your arms and 2 for you legs to get you started. It will make you faster and stronger. For speed you want to run laps and for strenght you want to do push ups.
