1: ( lightning rod jutsu)

: anybody can use it but the power depends on the rank and power of the user

: its a weak but effective jutsu that sends a small shock or electric bolt down a metal wire shocking the target

: with one wire attached to each finger its max hits are ten hits (multi lightning rod jutsu)

: the way to use it is to throw metal ninja tool with a metal wire attached to it and send an electric bolt down the wire into the target

:weakness the ninja tool has to hit the target




2: (pyro lightning jutsu)

: anybody can use but only high ranking ninjas can do it well

:by channeling chakra down your arm to the tip of your fingers then vibrate your chakra at a high rate in your fingers till it catches fire and then channel lightning to your arm and infuse it with the fire and attack

: useing a flat palm press against your target and discharge your chakra into your target

: the weakness is the jutsu its self it genarates such power and heat it burns the user as well as the target when discharged and can discharge if held for to long or if the user is unexperianced at the jutsu
