Common weapons

Genin-CHuunin:

Kunai: usually a simple spade, specially-made Kunai cna be used to both slash and throw, nad can reflect most other projectiles.



Shuriken: compact and light, these cna be thrown at long distance, but may curve.

Senbon: more usually used by medics, this is used in chinese Acupuncture. combined with Byukagan, they can be used to pierce Chakra points. Like acupuncture, the needles can make the target resemble a dead guy, while simply knocking him unconcious.

Kendo sword: for practice.

Lightning Tags: used in the first Naruto movie, this elecrifies nad area, nad electrocutes all who touch.

Explogin tags: you pokey, and it go boom. you ish dead.

light bombs: made for no reason other than for distracitons or for recon.

metal wires: almost invisible, some Uchihas can use it ot disable enemies.

ANBU:

Sword: several types.
-cutting style (Katana, curved swords, sabers): made simply to cut. these are msotly used by the ANBU to cut throats.




-stabbing (Rapiers, thinner Chinese swords, assasin's blades): these are thin weapons that are much faster than any other style, despite being badly made for blocking.

-middleweights (Chinese swords): weapons that are balanced. pretty much all there is to say.


OTHER WEAPONS:

Bow: not usually used by shinobi because of their bulk, these weaposn are more usually used for defense.

Halberds: These weapons generally have long hilts on large blades:
-Guan Do: a chinese halberd. IT consists of a curved blade on a pole. excellent for long-range combat.

-Zanbato: Zabuza and Kisame's weapons: anticalvary weapons with a giant blade nad a thin hilt.
