Shin-no-ippou level 2- a stronger eye that cuts off the lung's abilities to breathe.

Shin-no-ippou level 3- the most powerful, this is used to completely paralyze the body, including the heart and brain. this attack will kill the user.

Attributes: these eyes will only work if the user is substantially weaker i.e. gennin vs. jounin or chunin vs. kage/sannin. The first and second level will weaken the body physically and mentally for three posts. the third level will leave the user completely paralyzed after one minuter (i.e. one post)
